Steve Crane Tribute Lamp Limited Edition #14 of 100 Lahaina

** Please note that this lamp is not for sale and will be staying in my personal collection. The base used on this particular lamp was purchased by me at a Lahaina gift shop a few months before the devasting fires that would ravage the town, and claim that gift shop.

This ceramic lamp is a tribute to the logo used at Steve Crane's chain of tiki restaurants and bars. Most notably as the logo for the Beverly Hills Luau. It was also used as the model for the salt & pepper shakers at the Kon-Tiki, Kon-Tiki Ports, Ports O' Call and Kona Kai. Truly an iconic image in vintage tiki history. This lamp measures 12 1/2" tall and is permanently attached atop a wooden bowl that was acquired by me in a Lahaina gift shop a few months before it burned down. This will be a limited numbered edition production of 100 lamps. But not all 100 will be the same. Throughout the production of these lamps I will be making several different styles with varying glazes, light sources and design combinations. This lamp is #14 of 100 and has a bamboo colored glaze.
